The shell bowl is highly recommended for its delicious taste. Customers can enjoy both spicy and mild dishes, with the carnitas bowl being flavor-packed and juicy. The burrito is also ranked high in flavor. QDOBA is considered a great addition to the dining scene, with clean tables, drink bar, and restrooms. Parking is available, including handicap spots.
The restaurant has a plentiful and well-trained staff, though they could be a bit friendlier. The brisket has been criticized for tasting like sweet BBQ rather than Mexican flavors, but the most amazing thing to customers are the add-ins, including guacamole, jalapeños, and cheese, which are included in the price. It was lots of fun and casual dining to eat with family and friends.
The restaurant had issues with the app and DoorDash delivery coordination, but the General Manager was very understanding and had his staff make the food again at no cost. Ended up getting the food twice since it got picked up and delivered, but they make their customers their top priority.
