First time coming here to dine in with my husband, really helpful that there was an order kiosk because I never ordered straight off the menu before and we needed time to make our decisions 😅

Cheeseburger and polish dog was delicious, fries were not bad - just salty. So I think if I order fries next time we'll opt out on the salt, it was just too salty. With the condiments area offering salt and pepper and so on, I think fries without salt from the get...

Everyone in Chicago has a neighborhood place they like better than Portillos, but everyone will go to Portillos and be okay with it. Also, this is the only place in the Twin Cities to get an Italian beef that is close to right.

I order from this location a few times a week. This week I got a bacon cheeseburger there was on picks and onions on it. I called. The manger was very rude said he would refund my money. I had the same thing happen last week that manger was great and super helpful. Couldn't make a refund work so I doubt this one will. 2 completely different experiences.
