⭐⭐⭐ Needs improvement

Portillo’s in Woodbury has one of the more unique fast-casual atmospheres in the area, with a large dining space and a fun setup that makes the restaurant feel lively and different from the typical chain experience. The food itself was decent overall and met expectations presentation-wise, but the visit was held back by a frustrating service mistake. After getting home, an entire side of fries was missing from the order. For a restaurant...

To start, I ordered the Italian Beef Sandwich either mozzarella and it was nothing short of amazing. The french bread along with the meats was very appetizing. I didn’t mind the 10 minute wait and they even gave me free cake for waiting only 10 minutes! 10/10 would recommend and would come back.
