I went from being a first-time customer to a regular very quickly—I’ve been dining here almost weekly since discovering it. Machi has one of the best sushi bars I’ve found in the St. Louis area.

I’ve eaten here on about 4 different occasions. But my server Andi made this last dinner very memorable. He was not only nice but very attentive and informative. If you eat here make sure you ask to be seated in his section for sure! Oh and the food was great also 😅

Machi Sushi & Hibachi is a restaurant that has quickly become a favorite for many. One customer went from being a first-time customer to a regular, dining there almost weekly. Machi has one of the best sushi bars in the St. Louis area. The sushi and sashimi are consistently fresh, sweet, and flavorful, with beautiful presentation that looks like little works of art. The tempura and delicate appetizers are excellent too. The noodles don’t suit everyone’s personal taste, as the broth is a little too mild and the noodles could be firmer, but that is a small point compared with how much everything else is enjoyed. The restaurant has a good selection of cocktails, beer, and sake. For an all-you-can-eat sushi and sashimi restaurant, the overall quality is exceptional—one of the best in the U.S. Customers have eaten there on about 4 different occasions. Despite being all-you-can-eat sushi, the food quality is top notch and the place looks classy. Food is prepared quickly and the service is great. There are a lot of amazing custom rolls and great variety. The Crispy Crab roll was amazing, and the white tuna sushi and shu mai were especially enjoyed. Orders did not take long to come out. Even with a large group, no one feels unwelcome or rushed. Servers are always incredibly sweet and keep drinks refilled. It is a great deal on all you can eat sushi. Highly recommend.
