Lobby was closed when I went to pick up the order and had to use the drive thru. They didn't seem to understand that I placed my order from the app or that there was a number associated with the order. Got the sauces wrong. Slow as dirt for do few customers.What did have been a pick up turned into a 20 minute ordeal.
The food is always good, but the Popeyes company has problems. I had to drive to a few different places in order to get chicken wings, how you a chicken restaurant and you run out of chicken, and it's early afternoon. Popeyes across St Louis, MO. Needs to do better. Having said that I found one, the food was great and the staff was surprisingly good.
