The very kind people at the door of this Dierbergs were able to go in and get my cake and flowers. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have made it to work on time and or not been able to deliver on the surprise. The only thing you should avoid is the cookie happy hour. I'd rather pay full price than deal with the madness. Unfortunately, the customer service also goes down the toilet during this time. I've always had pleasant experiences with Crumbl when it wasn't happy hour. I'm sure the staff feels the pressure from the crowd wanting their sweets.
