I got the adobo chicken combo meal which consisted of two chicken legs in adobo, white rice, panzit (noodles), and lumpia (like egg rolls) as well as a canned soda (or bottled water)! I was personally happy they had a La Croix option. The meal was such a great price at $12.99. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband got the same combo but with crispy pork belly. He said it was the best pork belly he’s had in the area! It was at a slightly higher price point, but still a good deal for everything included.
They had lots of bakery items that looked beautiful! I definitely recommend checking them out for a different cuisine option in the STL area.“

“I tried Britt’s Bakehouse for the first time this weekend and I was pleasantly surprised! I am gluten and dairy free so it is a challenge to find delicious baked goods. I tried multiple items and I could not tell they were gluten free! My favorite treats were the dairy free mini chocolate Bundt cakes, and pumpkin donuts. They were moist and full of flavor! I shared with my husband and he had no idea it was gluten and dairy free! The donuts were like personals cakes! The lemon truffle was also amazing! I can’t wait to go back and try more gluten and dairy free desserts!“

The cake was beautiful and delicious (not too sweet, but the kids still came back for seconds), and the service at the bakery was excellent. Even the packaging was great; the cake box had sturdy handles, and the cake was on a firm gold board that made transporting and serving a breeze. I bought the strawberry puff. It had delicious flavor, but for as much cream and the size of the puff, I wish it had had more strawberries. From the picture you probably think that it was full of strawberries, but it essentially had one strawberry that was cut in half. I was a little disappointed in that because I wanted to have a little bit of strawberry in each bite and only had enough strawberries for four bites.“

“I am always so excited to see Cham Bakery at the WashU Farmer's Market. The first time I went I spent quite a bit of money but not because they are expensive but because I bought a lot. The Zaatar bread, Cheese Pide are exceptional. (I would have taken a picture of the Pide I bought today but sadly it was gone too soon. No, I didn't drop it. I ate it. ) The pita was great, the eggs were cooked perfectly and the seasoning was fantastic! The woman working the table is so polite and friendly. I believe her husband gets up early in the morning to bake. YES!! It's THAT fresh!!I'm looking forward to trying their hummus and other tasty morsels.I honestly can't recommend this food enough!!“
