“Michele and her crew were SPECTACULAR, and really came through in the clutch for our huge group order. There was a hang-up with the online ordering system (not location-specific, just the general Hot Box website), and my order of 250 cookies made more than 24 hours beforehand was only given to the Streets of STC location 15 minutes before the pick-up time. After calling me and discussing some options, Michele and her crew went WAY above and beyond to pull every cookie they could and bake dozens upon dozens more to complete my order...all while still serving the customers in the store. They threw in some bonus cookies for me, and helped me load my car. I was still able to make it in time for the event, and everyone loved the cookies. I can't say enough about them! THANK YOU, Michele and St Charles location crew!“
