I called before driving there. I asked someone in the dairy dept of they carried Kerry gold stick butter. I asked if they had plain Kerry Gold. The individual stated YES.
I soon arrive after the call. I pick up a few items before getting to the butter area. NO, they do NOT carry what I asked for.
Incompetent worker off top head says yes WITHOUT proper searching on database or going to the shelf to verify if they indeed have it on the shelf.
