While I was there, I tried the jollof bowl and the chicken pie! Both were amazing and the owner is so welcoming. I hope to be back very soon!
Everything we tried was amazing!! The owner was very kind and explained what each item was. Super excited to go back and try more! And the prices were really good too!
Simply fantastic! Every bite was delicious. The chinga sandwich was HUGE and every bite was fresh and flavorful. Sausage rolls were flaky and rich. Polo biscuits were perfection. The only thing that outshone the food was the lovely owners. Patricia and Kojo were friendly and hospitable from the moment we walked in. They truly go above and beyond in everything and sincerely care about quality and service. This business is blessed. Excited to watch it grow!

Brodough STL is a welcoming and unique addition to St. Louis. The owner is very kind and takes the time to explain each item and how the bakery combines Ghanaian traditions with familiar flavors. The service is fast and friendly, and the prices are really good. Everything tried was amazing, with every bite fresh, delicious, and flavorful. The chinga sandwich was HUGE. The sausage rolls were flaky and rich, and the polo biscuits were perfection. The jollof salad with chicken, only offered on fridays, was absolutely delicious, with rice that had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy and a combination of pickled onions, rice, and creamy mango dressing that worked so well. The meat pie, porridge, black eye pea bread, mango tarts, strawberry tarts, tea bread, cinnamon bread, and shakshuka were all delicious. The Gold Coast latte and strawberry guava latees were fantastic. The pastries were beautiful, and the space was warm and inviting. A lot of thought, culture, and love goes into the menu and the atmosphere. Highly recommend giving them a try.
