am always so excited to see Cham Bakery at the WashU Farmer's Market. The first time I went I spent quite a bit of money but not because they are expensive but because I bought a lot. The Zaatar bread, Cheese Pide are exceptional. (I would have taken a picture of the Pide I bought today, but sadly, it was gone too soon. No, I didn't drop it. These fine folks are known for their thin pita (white AND wheat options!), which I keep in my freezer all the time. Additionally, they make the best baba ganoush I’ve ever had, and their lentil and rice salad with caramelized onions and their bulgur salad and their tabbouleh are such great lunch options for work.
