“Literally ALWAYS our fave. We get take out at least every other week from here. Not once have we ever had an order go wrong or any issues with staff or atmosphere. My large family and I love Cane’s it’s in our top 5 places to eat in Arnold for sure!!!!“

“This was our first time here so I tried the 2x3 and did level 0 and level 1. I also got a side of the corn fritters! The wings and tenders were so good, it had a little heat to level 1 but it was great! Crispy and juicy chicken! The fritters were so good! They have the best refreshing frozen lemonade. The food came out in a good time and it was hot and fresh! The food was bagged for take out but we ate inside! Cool space with a few tables, not crowded! Mikalah took our order and she was so sweet and helped out a first time visitor! Can’t wait to come back!“

“I usually don’t leave reviews unless it is exceptional or absolutely horrible. We went in about 9:45 in the morning and were immediately greeted by Mathew. He was professional, courteous, funny, and seemed to really enjoy his job. The service and food were absolutely exceptional. It was the BEST Chick fil a food I have ever had. It is rare to find a restaurant, let alone a fast food restaurant, that is located on a busy street with great service and food! Keep up the great work Mathew!!! You’re doing great!! “I’ve been eating at this Chick-fil-A since they opened and I have never had a single issue. Today, however I may have ordered something a little complicated when I got home the food that I received wasn’t at all what I ordered I went in and spoke with the manager.I believe her name was Patricia . She was so kind and explained to me the error that happened and how it happened. Rather than just give me some pickles to fix the issue and tomatoes to fix the issue. She wanted to make sure that I had warm hot and fresh food to feed my family.

Chick-fil-A is known for having the best customer service out there, but I want the recognition to go to those who deserve it. This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. “I ordered two kid meals, but they accidentally gave me grilled nuggets instead of the fried ones that my kids prefer. Additionally, the soda lids weren’t properly closed, resulting in a mess all over my front seat. Despite these issues, I’m giving them a four-star rating because the staff is consistently friendly and treats their customers with great care.“

The tenders are always fresh, don't understand how they do it.

Almost every where else you have an occasional bad visit. Where the food is cool or the fries are warm.

But it has never happened at canes to me before and I eat there about 9 x a month

“The chicken wasn't the best. I never get the crispy chicken, but they didn't have dark meat in the original. Instead of waiting for good hot chicken, I took what they had, and I got what I got! The pieces are much smaller, or my hands have gotten much larger. A homeless guy was there with his shoes off. The manager did ask him to leave.“
