We placed our order for the Arnold, MO location as it was on the way as we were returning home from St Louis.
My daughter ran inside to pick up the order when we arrived 20 minutes after placing it. About 5 minutes later, she returns to the car to tell me the restaurant doesn’t have our order. I called into the restaurant and am told our order hadn’t hit the system yet and they have no idea when it will.

Super rude young girl at the front desk. Rolled her eyes as I was checking if all my food was there. I asked if something was in the bag and she said I don't know I didn't bag it and didn't even offer to look...paid almost $60 for food that was put on warmers way too soon and cold..had to warm up before eatting....and they wouldn't even give me Ranch..tried to charge me almost $5 more for some dipping sauce...they gave me 3 with 50 wings, 2 large fries and 2 orders of veggies...read full review
