“I mean amazing the location is doing so well, but I had to circle the block to be able to pull in bc the line was so long. Def won't do a mobile order/pay a head next time. Even for an express shop, wait time was too long.

Edit: Made another visit 2/2/26- Hope your committed. I was in line for 43 minutes. There are no exits once your in.

I am rarely seen without scooters coffee in my hand. Recently I ordered my drink inside the restaurant, I recived a sad drink with light whipped cream. Charlie, an employee I have known to do good things noticed my frown, and filled my whipped cream to the top. This goes above my expectations. I was waiting for the line to empty to ask for more, Charlie stopped filled it up and sent me on my way. As I said they are accommodating. There are new employees at times that may not realize the happiness a beautiful drink can make. Don’t be angry when I ask for a new one or a change because I expect what I’m paying for to meet expectations your store promises to deliver. This is why I go everyday. For coffee happiness. Thanks to an amazing team always willing to serve and be very friendly while doing it. I would also like to spotlight a girl with a septum and cool jewelry in drive through in the mornings and the girl in the afternoon with leather stands in her hair.
