“Husband and I went out for dinner date first time coming there and wow very impressed super sad that tonight was our first time eating there husband had the shrimp dinner and I had the steak tips with the shrimp and OMG the shrimp was delicious and the steak cooked perfectly and hand breaded so yummy. The onion straw things yummy Only complaint green beans were bland. But for sure will be back Thank you !!“

“What a great place! On the advice of a friend, I rode 2 hours just to have breakfast here.Food was pretty good. Portions were nice and price was reasonable.This is what small-town dining is all about. Community and knowing all your patrons. Great atmosphere where you could tell everyone knows each other.When I told the hostess I drove from St. Louis just for the breakfast she pulled the owner (who was cooking at the time) out to meet me. Absolutely love the friendliness and welcome I received.Great place to visit if you're passing through.“

“I couldn’t do this review fast enough!!! We visited for dinner while in town and the food is AMAZING! Our party had a variety of plates (thin crust pizza, hand tossed pizza, catfish, burger) and everything was so good. I personally had the Classic Cheeseburger and it was better than any other burger I have ever had!!!!“

“The atmosphere is very nice. Love that the tables are covered with linen tablecloths and have cloth napkins. The waitress was really nice, friendly and had a nice, pleasant country accent. The menu is smaller than we thought it may be, however we did find something to order. I ordered the Breaded Pork Tenderloin sandwich. It lacked nothing in size. It broke in half so they double decked it! It was alright. It had a sandy type breading and the sandwich only came with lettuce, tomato and onion. No pickle or mayo or any sauce on it. The cheeseburger was good.“

“Had our HS reunion here over Memorial Day weekend. They had tables set up outside, and it was a perfect day for outside dining. Food was good. I had fried shrimp, vegetables, slaw AND salad, so had plenty. Prices VERY reasonable. Loved the atmosphere.“
