“This is the very best place for fresh cooked food and large portions. Highly recommend you add this to your destination stop when traveling off 44hwy in the town of Rolla Missouri. The servers are great. Our servers were Cowgirl and Missy. Most stop.“

No waiting to be seated, ordered quickly taken, salads immediately soon followed by food as we ordered it. Server kept drinks filled and coffee afterward was hot.

“They just renovated the pub and it's great. The new patio is an awesome additon. Beer is made in house with an option for everyone. Helles Lager and Elusive IPA are my go to. With the new patio is a new / updated menu. We got a pepperoni pizza and a smash burger with fries. DID NOT DISAPPOINT!“

“It's Denny's if you are trying to go eat here. The Burger Den is their online ordering system. So if you're looking for a great Burger, it's still here at Denny's. I guess it's a way to pull travelers off the road to try Denny's again. It worked for us. The food here at Denny's was delicious.“

“Four of my friends and I stopped at “A Slice of Pie” for lunch on our way to Kimmswick for the Christmas Cookie Walk. I had eaten there with my daughter, about ten years ago, which is WAY too long. I used to buy their ‘Take and Bake’ Pies at Harter House, but my local store no longer carries them. They’ve always been good. Why did it take me so long to come back? I’m usually traveling with my husband and he prefers BBQ or a burger when we’re traveling. I’m glad I mentioned it Saturday, when we were looking for a place to eat lunch! We all loved it so much that we ate there again the next day, on our way home. Between us, we tried both kinds of Chicken Pot Pie (Traditional and Mushroom), the Chicken Salad on Croissant, the Tomato Soup, and the Bacon Quiche. Each entree was served with two hot rolls. I didn’t have room for the rolls, but those who did said they were good. Dessert? You may have to take it with you, but they’re packaged well. The quiche reheats well in the microwave. Those who tried it said it was the best quiche ever, and ordered it again the second day, so I took a piece home to try. I haven’t tried my Cherry Raspberry yet, but the others said the Coconut Cream (whipped cream) and Custard were wonderful. I did try one of his cinnamon/sugar pie crust cookies. They tasted just like my mama used to make. He said he’s planning to sell those at the Harter House Stores in the Springfield area, so I’ll be looking for them. He’s also bringing a truck to Harter House in Springfield on Eastgate, occasionally, so I’ll be watching their Facebook Page so I can buy a piece of pie without going to Rolla. Good pie crust makes a pie, and luckily, you can find them in the freezer case at Harter House and Price Cutter Stores. Look for “Mickey’s Pie Crust”, ready to put in the oven and bake.“

“Stopped in on the drive home from Chicago, and nothing has changed in the best way. The place is clean and comfortable, and the staff is as kind and gracious as ever.

My husband had his first Cheese Rite and loved it. The meat was seasoned just right, the bun was soft and warm, and the fries came out hot.

We finished with concretes. They are still the perfect end to a meal. I have been coming here for more than thirty years, and it still feels like home. Thank you, Maid Rite Rolla.“

“Surprised my wife w lunch. She chose Coltons steakhouse Rolla. Special for lunch was a Prime dip sandwich my side was a house salad. Now I like to think of myself a bit of a food connoisseur. This meal did not disappoint. As the kids these days would say it was on Point!. Delicious every last bite, the portions were big. With that being said we definitely will be back! Our waitress was very professional and thorough. There was no wait time to be seated and our food arrived surprisingly quick. No complaints here just all compliments!“
