“East 40 is a community hub and a vibe. The patio is carefully curated with heaters and live music all the time. They have events all the time with live music or yoga or vendors. Dogs are allowed outside on the spacious and sunny patio. They even have soda and cocktails and wine and cider! Oh also skew ball and games.”

“I work and shop at the location on 4545 S. Noland Rd. in Independence, but this location ties with my work spot as my favorite store to shop at. Love the people I see here regularly, particularly Amanda, Courtney and... I think two other people I know back in the deli are named Crystal and Olivia? These deli clerks always seem glad/excited to see me, love to chat and they've even memorized not only what I typically buy whenever I come back there, but also how I like my deli meat cut! The cashiers whose lines my mom and I go through whenever we are there have been awesome as well. Grate service, communication and conversation with these people!”

“Live music from some of the best bands in the Kansas City area. Attentive wait staff and awesome food. It's 21 and over and a no smoking joint. Dump your teens in the bowling alley and come in to relax.”

“I've always enjoyed my Applebee's experiences. The food, service, and atmosphere are usually always good. I can't give 5 stars across the board because of the obvious reasons for the ratio of tables to servers, so service takes a little bit to get refills, etc.

I do like to visit this location and usually get the bourbon street steak meal, which is always good.”

“Personally this is one of the best pizza places in the entire area, they have a pretty good menu and make considerably high quality pizzas compared to other places for a similar price, not only that but the dessert pizza I recently tried was great for the party my sister had, although if you are having a large party I'd recommend ordering a few of them just in case.

“We frequent here once or twice each week! The best customer service each time. The staff has gone above and beyond and remembers my daughter’s Mini Murphy no cheese (dairy allergy) bbq sauce instead of marinara and crumbly Italian sausage or pepperoni. It’s tough as it is being a mom of a child with allergies but we know and trust this location with her sensitivity. We always leave with smiles on our faces! Can’t thank you enough for such a fabulous establishment.”

“We’re in town to attend a Chiefs game. It’s Christmas Eve and few places were open, but I’m so goas Casa Mexico or we may have missed out on one of the most delicious mexican restaurant dining experiences we’ve ever had. The food was served quick, and arrived sizzling hot! The staff are all tremendously friendly and kept our drinks refilled and checked often to ensure everything was fine with our meals. The food was exceptional and the portions are more than filling! The prices are less than most Mexican restaurants. The restaurant itself was immaculately clean & tidy. The salsa was so good, we bought a to-go container of it to take back home. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!”

“Order at the counter and they call your number when it's ready to be picked up. I ordered the Brisket Sandwich and mac n cheese, and it did not disappoint. However, the Brisket was sliced a little thin for my liking, similar to cheesesteak thickness. The mac n cheese was saucy and flavorful. Each table was stocked with a couple different house BBQ sauce bottles to choose from if you like the meat with a little extra flavor.”

“FIVE STARS! Simply frosted is by far the best baked goods you will ever have. I recently have found out that I was allergic to gluten and they were able to make our wedding cake 100% gluten free!! We also had individual cupcakes and cookies made for guests! They came and sat everything up for us. It was hassle free! Everything was amazing and tasted even better.
