First, they were out of tenders, so I ordered a sandwich. Then we ordered a "5 piece wings". "We don't have 5 piece wings." So we I turned and told my spouse they didn't have wings. "We have wings, just not a five piece wings." All the while, another employee was yelling at another customer. By this time, i wanted to bang my head. I loved when I first discovered Popeyes in New Orleans. I am still a huge fan of the food, but the service wins as being the worst ever.I've been made to feel like I'm bothering them, causing a problem and they are always out of food.I even reached out to the owner of several locations but never received a response. Much less likely to support this chain.

I’m rarely at a restaurant that makes me feel like it’s a burden to serve me. But in this case, it was certainly true. They told me there would be a wait for chicken. No problem. Then they were limited on sides and drinks. Ok. Then it was almost like it was a burden to come to the window and give me food.
