“I'll tell you what, I went there for lunch with some coworkers, brought it back to the office, and it was warm! This may sound crazy, but every time I get a chicken sandwich from the ones in ofallon, always cold. No mater if I get it home in 5 or 15 minutes (yes I know 15 would probably be cold anyways, but I digress), so as far as I'm considered, 5 stars for me. Restored my faith 🤣“

I ordered the 6 pc combo wings and fries the flavor was mild buffalo highly recommended. “waited 15 minutes after being seated while wait staff just ignored us. we finally asked the hostess if we could place our order. a waiter came out finally, no apology for our wait. we placed.our order the he never came back. we waited 15 minutes after ordering and never got our beverages. it wasn't super crowded, only the patio was full. it's a shame because they do have good food but I will not be returning. Do not recommend if you ever want to eat. I have never walked out of a restaurant like that in my 42 years. it was terrible“

“Been ordering from pointers for years now. Whenever I've had to go in person, they've been super awesome and nice. Most of the time, I order delivery and they're always really fast and really nice. The pizzas are delicious and hit the spot. Props to them as well because they never forget the sodas with the delivery. And I vaguely remember them for getting once in the driver turned back around and got them after having delivered the pizza and brought the soda back. So they really do care about their customers.“

I came into town Fri Junteenth2026 for a funeral. Being from Atlanta, I'm always eating seafood wherever I go. My nephew suggested this restaurant and I was for it.

We had a very huge order and I as a Chef was impressed with the amount of time to prepare the order, it get back to me hot 🔥 as if I was sitting at the establishment.

Let me take you on my journey...I don't usually eat fries, but these fries made love to my tongue 😋 then stimulated my gut in a way that was very pleasing to my biome. “Ive visited this establishment several times. I have purchased fish and chicken for parties. The fish was really good seasoned well. The chicken seemed as if it might have been under a heat lamp for awhile, I would suggest asking to have it made fresh. Last night I purchased 1/2 order of special fried rice,the rice was delicious 😋 next time no meat,I didn't care for any of it!“

“We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him.
