“We had a great evening at this Olive Garden! The food was amazing & the service was outstanding! I will ask for Shane every time we eat here. He was the best server I've ever had. He made you feel like family AND had a great sense of humor. He did a great job taking care of our group of church ladies!“

“I was there at 3 pm, so the staff was a bit distracted. I was next in line to take my order, but the cashier took the order of another employee. Then later when trying to get a refill, the employees were busy joking with each other for a few moments before recognizing me. Other than that they were friendly and I received my food warm.“

“Today, I visited Panera, where a staff member named Charles provided exceptional assistance by bringing my plate to me. As I use a mobility aid, I appreciated that he did not judge me and treated me just like any other customer. I am very grateful for this considerate experience.“
