It’s been three times now that I’ve not received the right item. Last two times I didn’t report it as it’s just a breakfast sandwich and not too big of a deal. But, now the $ spent is starting to add up so I wanted to reach out.

I was in the drive thru for breakfast and participated in paying it forward!
Person working drive through tonight was kind of rude. Acting like it was an issue for us to place and order or ask for some sauce. When called to talk to manager they hung up due to a dial tone (both sides) which is understandable. They didn’t answer when trying to call back. Usually there is good service but tonight must of been a bad one. I get rough nights happen but it doesn’t give the right to treat customers badly. (I used to work fast food)
