No lightened up signs and inside were half dark during their service.

Their closing time is at 9:00pm, and they told us they are cleaning up and leave early while we were eating our dinner. They had no right to make us leaving early. And yes they put food away too early. And they already turned the “Open” light off. Disbelieving!?!?
* They made our sandwiches not enough filling up before we were told to leave early.

“Of all the subway franchises I have been to this is by far the best. They pay great attention to the customers. The store is always clean. It is warm and inviting. I have been in other locations where you feel like a bother to be a customer.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Amanda for her outstanding customer service. My wife and I happened to stop in right before closing time — literally one minute before they were about to lock the doors. We honestly had no idea they were closing, and I completely would have understood if we had been turned away or if the staff had seemed frustrated that we came in so late. But Amanda didn’t show a single sign of frustration or impatience.
Instead, she greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately went to work making our sandwiches. She moved quickly but still took the time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. It was clear that she cared about the quality of what she was serving, even though she was probably ready to close up and head home after a long day. That kind of attitude really stands out — it says a lot about her character and her commitment to good customer service.
Most people would have rushed through the order or been short with us at that time of night, but Amanda stayed professional, polite, and genuinely helpful the entire time. It’s not easy to find employees who treat customers that well, especially right before closing, and I think she deserves recognition for it.
I truly appreciate her effort and positive attitude — it turned what could’ve been an awkward or rushed experience into a really pleasant one. Thank you, Amanda, for going above and beyond and representing your workplace so well. I’ll definitely be back because of the service you provided.“

“Great service and food quality but as far as tipping goes, if you use a card to pay, the tip you add on does not go to the ones who actually prepare your food so only tip if it's cash. Thought that was skeet shit when I learned they don't get the tips from card payments.“
