“Guessing they were short handed. Pulled into drive thru and sat for a few minutes, nobody ever answered. Pulled into a slot and pressed the red button.....waited again for minutes. After laying on the red button a couple times, I finally got to order my drink. After okaying my drink order, it was about 2 minutes before she finally totalled it out so I could pay......“

“Today, Sunday, my group had the most inadequate service! Had to get waitress attention to order. I don’t know whose fault but was told 3 orders had to be redone. Brought us the ‘mistakes’ and said we wouldn’t get charged for them. 🙄
One of them was still wrong the second time!!! And on top of that some of the bills were messed up. With all this nothing came out together!!! Very incompetent help or training. Sad.😞 No apology. Won’t be back.

“I live in columbia, but come out to Centralia weekly for therapy sessions. Blue Bird Bistro was a happy find my husband and I stumbled upon while waiting for my session to start. highlights: interactive chalkboard wall, plenty of seating for busy professionals and students to set up their laptops, free wifi, a tv that plays BOB ROSS!!! and this doesnt even include their extensive lunch menu and affordable prices. even though im not technically a local, I feel like ive been fully welcomed into the BlueBird Bistro community, and look forward to frequenting often!“
