“Sonic is great! I've been going there for years, primarily for their Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito with grilled onions! I always need a little extra salsa! At least, I used to...shrinkflation had changed things. The burrito is 25-50% smaller than it once was. Sad, but it's still good. I also love the conies, tots, All Natural Lemonade, and Ched 'R' Peppers. Service is very hit-or-miss, though, so don't be surprised if something is wrong with your order. The burgers are okay, but if you have a choice, Hick's or even Burger King is better. And of course the shakes and blasts are delicious when you have a sweet tooth!“

“I'd just got drive through from the BK in chillicothe mo, and let me tell ya I was floored by service I received. Cindy took my order was the nicest, funniest, and most caring person I've ever experienced there. She was a complete breath of fresh air! Thank you for your hospitality Cindy, you're an absolute credit to your profession!“

“We placed a pick up order through the app and came to wait for it inside the dining area. As we were sitting, my husband noticed someone came in just as an order, that we suspected was ours, was about to be put on the pickup shelf. The worker handed this other person our order thinking it was us and my husband saw him take it out to his truck. I checked my app and it said our order was ready, so I walked up to the counter trying to figure out the confusion because the guy who took our order came back in to get his order. Whether it was deliberate or not, the employees quickly realized the problem. I asked the guy who took our order where our food was and he went back out to his truck to retrieve it (but one burrito was missing). The staff re-filled our entire order thinking we were without our order altogether. So we ended up with a second full order. My husband explained to the manager and she was very kind and said we wouldn’t have to pay for the second order. Kudos to alert management!! There needs to be better communication by staff on verifying that the person to pick up online order is same person who ordered it. Also, the bathroom was very clean! I’ll be coming back!!“
