Experience a perfect dining spot at The Crossing, where the pasta is genuine and homemade. Guests can enjoy a four-course tasting menu and try many different items, including the outstanding Caprese with heirloom tomatoes and Italian burrata, Missouri trout, and very good grilled octopus. The desserts are excellent, especially the blackberry sorbet and the lemon semi-freddo. The service is excellent, with staff who are pleasant, welcoming, and competent. The experience is excellent start to finish and is highly recommended.
