“The friendliness first of all. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness was imaculant and the food was Chefs Kiss. Extemely fresh and Hot. Added an online order while we were there and it was ready in minutes. We are a traveling family of five and we were blown away by this Arby's. I feel terrible because I didnt catch the employees names but the girl at the front counter and the manager were awesome people. They all seemed like they worked pretty well together and did not once just stand around. They were cleaning the entire time if they weren't helping a customer. When stopping in a travelers pit stop area you do not come across that very often.“

“We had a great experience at this Taco Bell! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our $40 order came out completely correct. The food was delicious except for my husband’s Mexican Pizza. It unfortunately tasted off, but when I brought it to the counter, they immediately asked how they could make it right. Not only did they replace it, but they gave him two other items instead. Excellent customer service! I was also impressed by the manager. She was actively involved with the team, making sure everything was running smoothly and safely. At one point, I even overheard her reminding an employee to change their gloves after lightly touching the counter — a small detail, but it showed how seriously they take food safety.“

“We love Burger King. We drive 20 miles to enjoy your food. But after waiting a long time, we were given the wrong food in our order. We drove home, only to discover our order( reguest) was all wrong. It wasn't worth going back to correct the problem. We think that your restaurant should do something to make amends. Please advise“
