What a pleasant surprise. We just needed something to eat and wandered into one of the most welcoming and friendly sandwich shops I've ever been to. The staff took pride in their food and service. They offered suggestions and seemed genuinely dedicated to taking care of us. I feel valued as a customer. Such a positive experience!

Best gluten free sandwich in town. Excellent friendly service.

Had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s today. The food was really good, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. I asked the cook to change their gloves before making my sandwich and they had no problem doing it. Really appreciated the good service!

I ALWAYS get the Supreme on wheat. It has my favorite meats & veggies. And I ALWAYS get it Mike's way bc who doesn't love oregano , onion & O&V?! Great service every time 🙏

First time at a Jersey Mikes and I was thoroughly impressed. Great place to stop on my trip from KC to STL. I wasn’t sure what to get so I asked the gentleman behind the counter. Finn gave me a couple of great options and I went with his favorite.. the Chicken Bacon Ranch. He made my order exactly how I wanted it. Not only Finn, but the rest of the staff there was super friendly and made it a quick and easy meal for my family and I to get in and out and back on the road. I will definitely be back! Thanks again!

My only complaint was that I didn’t see Danny Devito on the staff tonight.

I've had a cheese steak sub from the streets of Philly and not quite, but close so giving this one the highest rating is damn good. Guessing could even be the best for Missouri.

The slicer was disgusting 🤮 like actually horrible then the guy slicing picked up the pepperoni and still used it. I worked at a jersey mikes in the last year and when i tell you not to go here i mean it. It was horrible the customer service was fine but we didnt get welcomed walking in the bread was undercooked and soggy within 30 seconds. Horrible horrible horrible never again and i wouldn’t recommend it

We asked for Rose Parm for a sandwich, it was plain bread.
On another sandwich we asked for NO oil or vinegar… it was dripping in the stuff making it inedible.
Why do we have options of you’re going to make it hot you want anyway?
This is not the first or even the second time.
They’re too busy to answer the phone, so no help there.
I’ll stick with Jimmy John’s or Subway from now on.

Food was yummy and fresh, staff were friendly. It looked like the owner/ manager taller large gentleman and a thin dude with glasses, all of which were friendly and knowledgeable.
