What happened? My tenders are nugget sized, feels wrong to pay $10 for this

I would give it a negative review if possible. Do NOT use the App! I ordered four chicken sandwiches and mashed potatoes and gravy on the app, the app tells me it’s being prepared. So I head to the restaurant to pick them up, where I am told rudely that they don’t have the fillets to make the chicken sandwiches. Do they offer anything else as a possible substitution, no. I ask for a refund, and I am promptly told that they cannot process a refund at the store. I must do it through the app. I then look at the app to see if there is a way to cancel the order and request a refund, which I do not see one.
So either KFC is being fraudulent with their app booking and taking orders for food that cannot be filled. Or the store is so grossly managed that they don’t report their inventory to corp, or the employees that are employed there don’t know what they are doing. This is 2025, corp should be plugged into their store’s inventory to understand if you can or can’t order something from them. Especially if you are going to offer an app to order food with.
It’s strange that most other franchise stores I never had had an issue with the app! Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, etc. run pretty good apps that you can order food with and never had an issue with any of these. What is up with KFC?

I heard that KFC was bringing back the OG honey BBQ sauce. I was ecstatic learning about this. I planned to eat lunch at this KFC after a 10 year hiatus. The honey BBQ tenders I ordered looked nothing like the pictures KFC shows. My tenders were very lightly breaded, a far cry from what I had expected. I wanted to relive my early adulthood by indulging myself with the OG honey BBQ tenders only to be granted half. The honey BBQ sauce is for sure, just how it was 10-15 years ago. They chicken, not so much..

The service today was terrible. I did not get what I ordered. Shame on me for not checking before I left. I ordered Honey BBQ steips and I got 3 very small regular chicken strips. The biscuits were smashed and crumbled. I also got a 3 piece meal all dark meat. We were given a tough, leg and wing. Last time I checked a wing is not dark meat. They didn't ask what recipe I wanted and I forgot to tell them bu thank goodness they guessed that correctly.

My last visit to KFC. I ordered a 2 piece leg and thigh, I have seen larger legs and thighs on a pigeon. Highly unsatisfied with your prices and quality.
Did not even get my food. Cooks refused to make the food. Only one employee working. Whoever owns this should be ashamed of how you have it run.

I get sick of ordering $70 or more worth of food for your employees to tell me it will be 4 minutes that turned into 20 minutes later. Not only that but i had to go inside to get my food because it took so long. No apologies for taking long, order was wrong I had to wait longer, and when I get back with employees lunches it's cold. It's not even a 5 minute drive. Why am I waiting minutes or longer for cold food?

12 minute limit to order your food on the drive through. Was only there for a minute and the very rude manager said to hurry up because they had a 12 minute limit on drive through orders. Funny thing is one car in parking lot and nobody behind me in the drive through. What a freaking jerk..... Lee's chicken from here on out.

The service was horrible, I ordered pickup for at 1230, and I waited until almost 1240..nobody even bothered saying anything to me while I was waiting or even asked if I needed help. I was even standing by the register.
