Whoever runs the cafe is grumpy and not welcoming whatsoever. They seemed to not care at all and like they didn’t want to be there and were annoyed with guests. The cats and attendant in the room were wonderful. Very pricey for children to visit—we won’t be going back sadly.
Normally I would say 5 stars because the cats are great and the coffee and tea is too, however during my last visit, things went less smoothly. I brought friends from out of state to come visit and we all made sure to book online a few hours ahead of time, plus I called ahead to make sure they'd have room for 3.When we got there, we had to wait a half hour after we were scheduled to come in. Not really a place for food though they do have a little. Mostly this place is for you to hang out with cats. It's great! There are always new kitties and there are always ones that will come up to you for pets or play with the toys around.
