Pho Quan Viet Cuisine offers a clean and authentic atmosphere in its new location. The food has been highly praised, particularly the chicken dishes and the Pho. The veggie spring rolls and vermicelli bowls have also received positive feedback, with the latter having a unique presentation of shredded lettuce. The shrimp crab rangoon is a must-try, filled with a whole shrimp and served with delicious entrees. The noodle texture and broth are highly satisfying. Many customers are already planning their return visit to try the bun bo hue.

The broth is clean but lacks the rich, bone marrow depth you'd expect from authentic pho. It's missing that distinctive pho bac seasoning and complex flavor profile that makes traditional Vietnamese pho so memorable. The accompanying herbs also feel scaled back, which is more generic, and tailored to American palates than the vibrant, aromatic mix you'd find at more traditional spots. However, the meat quality is excellent and genuinely delicious, which elevates the overall dish. The banh mi is also solid.

The Pho was good, and the bahn mi could use more of everything (meat, radish, carrot, cucumber). There is a good amount of noodles in the Pho. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean.
