this place is a joke, this is the second time this happens, I made an Uber eats order a large pizza and like 24 wings, after almost 2 hours waiting they cancelled the order we've been waiting until 10:30 pm to eat and now is cancelled!, one time I went to pick up an order and 2 of the employees were arguing with each other in front of clients, 0 professionalism

Food has been iffy at this location for a while, but saw something really distressing for the first time tonight. Waited through a handful of cars over 15 minutes at a pickup window, and when I got there a minor child was working the window. There was an adult at the register that was specifically handling my cash, but this young girl who couldn't have been older that 13 was handling my food, and also gave me the wrong 2-liter.
I mean, I don't wanna dunk on a innocent girl for getting orders wrong and possibly holding up the drive thru pick up, but surely there's an adult up the chain here that may need to reevaluate their approach to being short-staffed on Friday nights.

I received a pick up order from this location it was hot and fresh and Brittany who was in the drive window was amazing! She got everything out to me efficiently and is always kind when I come through! She’s the BEST! This is why this location is my favorite!

I never got the Pizza Hut surveys like I use to but I just wanted to say that Vince is always so nice when we go. He always makes sure our pizza is really fresh and is super nice to us. Definitely a HUGE asset to Pizza Hut we always go to this one because the service that he offers is superior to the others in columbia. He definitely deserves a BIG raise!
