My food came out in a box. If I wanted to eat out of. To go box I would have had it delivered to my hotel room. I also had to pick the pizza up with my hands. We wernt given a pizza scoop. There’s no salt only pepper. I’ve never been to a Pizza Hut like this ever. Our bacon cheese sticks wernt even cut I had to cut them with a plastic butter knife myself.

I just left this Pizza Hut, an hour before a Friday Chiefs game, so I knew it would likely be very busy. There were lots of orders and cars, but these guys were working so hard to stay ahead. They were hustling to get orders finished and polite in the process as well. I felt the need to recognize it on a busy night!

I have never had better customer service from a pizza hut. The environment was clean, the staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. Marcus went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible, even though they have been super busy all day. Definitely recommend this location.

Terrible service, I've been waiting 50 minutes for a pizza and some wings. The guy told me I had to wait 20 more minutes. the worst experience of my life, in a restaurant

Paid $24 for a pizza and it was incorrect. I would’ve taken it back but live over 15 minutes away. Very sad and disappointed in Pizza Hut in Columbia overall. Glad my order was checked for accuracy.

My daughter and I went to Worlet Pizza Hut, we had a great experience. I worked in restaurants 45 yrs. of my life and I would love to have this staff work for me. They were very efficient, friendly, and helpful. They greeted every person that came in the store. I worked for the corporate stores years ago. This store was a very clean store. The owners should be very proud of this store. I will be going to this store again.

this place is a joke, this is the second time this happens, I made an Uber eats order a large pizza and like 24 wings, after almost 2 hours waiting they cancelled the order we've been waiting until 10:30 pm to eat and now is cancelled!, one time I went to pick up an order and 2 of the employees were arguing with each other in front of clients, 0 professionalism
