“Great people here, and very busy a lot of the time, and they still do great work with a smile!!?
Parking: Parking lot can be a bit busy at times not very big lot versus volume of customers, but they do get us in and out fairly quick, especially if you go through drive-through
Kid-friendliness: Great environment“
“Before heading back to STL I drove thru Starbucks for my morning coffee. I prefer one of my STL favorite's, Kaldi's Coffee, yet Starbuck's won out do to it's location and drive-thru convenience. The Drive Thru line was extremely long, but moved fast. My Iced Latte hit the spot.“
“This store, located inside the Gerbes supermarket, is perhaps my favorite Starbucks location. It's very convenient if you're grocery shopping, but I often order ahead on the app and stop here, when I'm just in the area. I've always thought their drinks taste better than actual stand-alone Starbucks locations.
FYI: Google Maps currently indicates this location has a drive-thru. They do NOT have a a drive-thru here, but if you need one, there is a DT location two stoplights to the west at Broadway and Fairview.“
“The partners at this location are awesome. The team clearly gets along and works well together and it shows. It creates a rest experience for the customer. Extra points to them for doing a Komodo Dragon coffee tasting for me. As a past partner, this has always been one of my favorites and I haven’t had it in years. Such a kind action“
“Bri is wonderful and so is the entire staff! (I'm sorry if I spelt your name wrong). My daughter and I stop for our morning Frappe and her chocolate milk once a week! Bri remembered my order today and even had my daughters chocolate milk all ready to blend for her! The entire staff is always so nice and makes our morning! Great service and great people!“
“This Starbucks (Broadway and Fairview) is the best Starbucks in town! It’s much easier to get in and out of than the others. The baristas are always very nice even being extremely busy. They are always so sweet when they stop what they are doing to hand me a straw for my caramel macchiato. The mobile app is amazing and makes pick up a breeze. Thank you guys!“
“I have been going to this location for years. I sometimes avoid it when they're super busy, but today I went on in and waited to order until it calmed down. It's Mizzou homecoming weekend so they were packed with a crowd inside, a never ending drive thru line, and had to turn off mobile orders. They were understaffed, but working so hard to keep up. They ended up locking the doors and only doing drive thru orders. People cleared out pretty soon after, but they didn't ask anyone to leave. I stayed and worked on my computer, they were happy to take my order. I ended up being the only customer inside for a while and the way I heard the manager hyping up her team and thanking them for their hard work was awesome. I know there were probably plenty of people inconvenienced by the partial closing, but it was really nice to see the manager assess what they could handle and take care of her baristas like that so they could reset. They all stayed in good moods and kept motivating each other. I really respect the way the situation was handled and how they kept a calm front for the in store customers.“
“I’ve always had great service with this Starbucks nothing to complain about the baristas/staff have always been super nice I usually go through the drive through and I go with my grandpa we went one day and we have seen this staff before and he was hesitant on taking our order because he was asking him (my grandpa) if he was james? and he kept repeating the same question over and over again we finally got our order in then we pulled up to the window and he was flirting with my grandpa asking him if he had a wife and if he had a brother and what is brother did and his name I think that’s very unprofessional my grandpa is 76 he just wants his coffee not to be flirted with I just thought I should share this story because it’s uncomfortable to be asked such personal questions I do not know the baristas names but he had makeup on his face again I love this Starbucks but that encounter we had was just straight up weird“
