Food was better than I was expecting. The brisket was very tender, perfect for a sandwich. Sides were good too. They say they're served on a brioche bun but it just looked like more of a white bun out of a bag. Put that sandwich on a true buttery toasted brioche bun and it's twice as good. I'd definitely go back though!
1798 is a hidden gem that never disappoints. I highly recommend taking advantage of their comfortable patio. Top notch food, service and atmosphere. Date night to family night you won’t be disappointed.

We really enjoyed the good here. The brisket was tender and flavorful. The french fries were some of the best I've had and I highly recommend ordering them. We also tried the corn cornbread, the slaw and the macaroni and cheese. Just delicious all around.
