“Hannah & Jennifer made the best bowels we have ever had. We asked for an extra on our fav sides & they did with smiles. Sometimes I feel awkward but not here. When we walked in, they were laughing, working hard, & quick to help us with smiles. It was a very pleasant fun & enjoyable atmosphere. No one waited, was clean & all the staff were happy. “We enjoyed another fabulous authentic Mexican dinner last week! The hot sizzling Pollo Cancun with cheese melted over shrimp, and chicken was wonderful!! Normally, I enjoy the Taco Salad in a Fried shell, my favorite, but wanted to explore the shrimp 🍤 and Chicken served on a sizzling oven plate. The Shrimp and Chicken with mushrooms far surpassed my expectations. Best of all, I talked to Scott and meet Sergio with the El Tio Pepe family all there helping and smiling. Thank you, again. El Tio Pepe family!! Great to see you always! P.S. Try the Churros served with chocolate sauce and cajeta, Mexican caramel. Delicious!“

“Dos Primos has always been a family favorite as well as a community favorite. Mario is the friendliest and most generous man. He also only employs the highest quality people to work with him. When I say every person who has ever waited on us at Dos has been kind, prompt, attentive, even observant of our needs, this would be an understatement. No matter how busy they are you will never feel like you are in the way or that you are forgotten. The food is amazing!! I’ve never had a bad meal here. My husband got the Burrito Campechano (grilled chicken, chorizo, rice, beans, smothered in queso cheese). Everything tasted homemade and everyone there was so friendly. Then we had to try some cakes & desserts after lunch- the lemon strawberry cake was absolutely amazing, and the churro was hot, freshly fried, and so tasty. 10 out of 10.“

“This is our local go to eatery. I've never gotten a meal i wasn't head over heals for. We come back nearly every week for their light atmosphere, strong margs and genuine food. Favorite local restaurant by a long shot!

Vegetarian options: A small vegetarian selection but also the ability to swap out any meat for veggies of you want which gives you a very large selection.“

“Came for the first time with a friend and our girls after a movie. We ordered a few things. The server was friendly. Our food came back in less than 10 minutes and was hot! I got a california burrito without red sauce that was amazing. It was covered in this cheesy dip that flooded the plate. My friend ordered something similar over rice that was amazing as well. My picky 10 year old ordered nachos but didn't realize they came with guacamole, sour cream, refried beans AND the cheese sauce so she wasn't happy. They also came with ground beef AND chicken. The beans and beef were not seasoned very well but the chicken side was fire!! The other girl got a combo plate with a taco and burrito. Our tab was $65. I would definitely recommend and return.“

“This place may not look like anything special, but the food here is quite good. The green salsa, while very spicy, is fantastic. I bought some for home and my family loves it! At least those who like spicy fare. It’s incredibly flavorful. We also have had several tasty entrees here. Again, it’s not a fancy place. And I wasn’t too impressed with their margarita. “We surprised our son for his 40th birthday. Most guests arrived early and were served drinks and chips while waiting for the guest of honor. Our waiter was so kind and efficient. He checked on us constantly while still respecting our chattering. We were at his table a long time and he never acted exasperated or frustrated. Food came out quick and was absolutely wonderful. We all ordered something different and we’re able to try different dishes. All very tasty!“

“We have been coming here for decades. It's super convenient and good for a filling meal on nights I can't summon the effort to cook. This trip, however was a very pleasant surprise! They have improved and expanded the menu, including their drinks. I had a really good house made sangria and an enchilada suiza. Both we new to me and both were delicious. We sat outside on a lovely evening in August night and their patio is usually in shade due to the position of the building . We will be back soon.“

“I had three bad experiences at global quesadilla on 141 and Clayton The first time I went in there they told me they don't accept cash. the second time I went in I got a quesadilla, some chips, and queso. the queso tasted awful. it tasted like warmed up canned cheese or something. I'd buy at the gas station but not the hot stuff in the dispenser that tasted better. And to be honest, there's nothing special about the quesadillas for the ingredients that go into it, the amount of time it takes to make and what they're charging for it. I find it ridiculous. if it's not going to taste good it should be cheap. at that point I'd rather make them at home. my third bad experience is a as a doordasher. after confirming the name of my customer, I proceeded to include my business card. global quesadilla doesn't own that food. that food was paid for by my customer. they have no right to tell me I can't put a business card with the food. the employee proceeds to yell at me multiple times to hand the food back to which I responded no twice and started walking out of the store. he proceeded to follow me out of the store continuing to yell at me and I had to tell him multiple times to back up/go inside / leave me alone. and if he touched me there's going to be a problem I shouldn't be in fear for my physical safety going into any establishment. they were also rude and unprofessional the first day I went in trying to pay with cash. how they've handled themselves multiple times is completely unacceptable. there's a reason why I only ate the food once. if I want Mexican food I'll make it myself or go to Taco Bell or a sit-down Mexican restaurant.“

“One of my favorite places for lunch. The Kirkwood location has a really fun arcade room sure to make any gathering for any ages unique and interesting. The street corn, margaritas, empanadas and three piggies burrito are my favorites!“

“The only reason I did not give it a full 5 stars was due to the male cashier at this location. I had quite a few teenage boys that were indecisive but respectful. I was informing the cashier male what all each child as well as myself had ordered. Instead of him listening he decided to input what he wanted into the system and ended up over charging me for something. In addition, I was inquiring about a military discount, he had no interest in helping or doing what he could do to honor a veteran.
On the other hand, a young lady name Diamond went ABOVE AND BEYOND the customer service expectations. She was the only one that greeted us upon entry. She made sure she got fresher ingredients to serve us, she managed to help and assist each of the teenagers even though they did not know what they wanted to order. In addition, once I came to her with me being over charged, she apologized on the male cashier behalf and corrected the situation and gave me the necessary items that I was charged for instead of what I was given. She also came by and asked if the food was good and if we needed anything further. She was truly amazing even under pressure and I really appreciate that. The young man that was in the register, he actually went to his car for 10 minutes and came back smelling like marijuana and did not wash his hands which was rather disrespectful, which I’m sure is why he could not focus on what I was telling him to charge me for.“
