Normally, I enjoy the Taco Salad in a Fried shell, my favorite, but wanted to explore the shrimp 🍤 and Chicken served on a sizzling oven plate. The Shrimp and Chicken with mushrooms far surpassed my expectations. Best of all, I talked to Scott and meet Sergio with the El Tio Pepe family all there helping and smiling. Thank you, again. “All it took was one visit here for us to know this was our new absolute favorite spot to eat! While my husband and I highly recommend the street tacos, my mother-in-law got the tamales and said they were “the best tamales ever!” We adore the staff here as well. Juan “Paco” is our FAVORITE! He is so sweet and kind. He remembered us the second we walked through the door! You can tell they love what they do there. Of course, don’t forget to grab a dessert (or 2!) while you’re there! “This location is my favorite out of the 4 or so in the area. I usually order carry out since they are more affordable than fast food, 100x quicker, and 1000x more tasty.

The young gentleman who is usually there taking phone orders on weekday afternoons, looks to be 18 or so? He is so unbelievable nice and professional! It is so rare today, especially ordering carry out, to get someone who seems to genuinely care to make a great experience. Honestly haven't had genuine service in years, unfortunately. Even though so many are great and nice, some just have that special something and you know their amazing customer service skills will bring them so far in life. You honestly never know when a simple smile and genuine thank you can make someone's day - sometimes they needed that more than you know. Thank you to the great employee, and thank you to his trainers and people who obviously raised him right ❤“

“Glad to find this in the suburbs of St Louis Missouri. My son and I like their Mexican food in their Salina location and this place didn't disappoint. However I didn't like the idea I had to wait in the drive through I normally order online but we were on a trip. The food in the service were great! It was great to find this Mexican restaurant on the way to my father's house“

“I had three bad experiences at global quesadilla on 141 and Clayton The first time I went in there they told me they don't accept cash. the second time I went in I got a quesadilla, some chips, and queso. the queso tasted awful. it tasted like warmed up canned cheese or something. I'd buy at the gas station but not the hot stuff in the dispenser that tasted better. And to be honest, there's nothing special about the quesadillas for the ingredients that go into it, the amount of time it takes to make and what they're charging for it. I find it ridiculous. if it's not going to taste good it should be cheap. at that point I'd rather make them at home. my third bad experience is a as a doordasher. after confirming the name of my customer, I proceeded to include my business card. global quesadilla doesn't own that food. that food was paid for by my customer. they have no right to tell me I can't put a business card with the food. the employee proceeds to yell at me multiple times to hand the food back to which I responded no twice and started walking out of the store. he proceeded to follow me out of the store continuing to yell at me and I had to tell him multiple times to back up/go inside / leave me alone. and if he touched me there's going to be a problem I shouldn't be in fear for my physical safety going into any establishment. they were also rude and unprofessional the first day I went in trying to pay with cash. how they've handled themselves multiple times is completely unacceptable. there's a reason why I only ate the food once. if I want Mexican food I'll make it myself or go to Taco Bell or a sit-down Mexican restaurant.“

The food came out in a timely fashion. Can’t say enough about this place, a wonderful restaurant for casual food and drinks.“

“We surprised our son for his 40th birthday. Most guests arrived early and were served drinks and chips while waiting for the guest of honor. Our waiter was so kind and efficient. He checked on us constantly while still respecting our chattering. We were at his table a long time and he never acted exasperated or frustrated. Food came out quick and was absolutely wonderful. “Taco Bell is my son’s favorite so we come here often and use the drive thru. I’ve always been pleased with the service. Tonight the drive thru line was long so we came inside to order. There was a staff member cleaning the lobby tables- the lobby was very clean and another staff member was helping an elderly couple place their order on the kiosk. I really loved seeing that! That little bit of kindness and patience made me stop and write this review while I waited for my food. 10/10 service.“

Edit: I will be removing a star (even my original review gave 5 stars) everytime I return to this location and they skimp on steak that I pay extra for as a substitute.

This is a your location/franchise only problem, not a general Taco Bell I have elsewhere. Nor was this the standard when I worked at Taco Bell.

I work nearby and could be a regular or just go elsewhere and eat Taco near my home.“

Kinda important. - Update. Atmosphere still the same. Employee on the line spoke so softly they couldn't be heard over the normal restaurant din.“
