“Great flavor, I got this Jalapeño Burger, I might not have read the menu right but not always a fan of sweet and meat, but this was great!!!! Service was okay. Friendly, just busy im sure. The greek fries are quite good, the other member of my party got the Fish n Chips, the tartar sauce is quite amazing!!!!!

“Last night my husband and I had some of our grandsons over for dinner and movie night. Too hot to cook on the grill so we opted out to get Red Robin burgers and fries. In Dardenne Prairie. Ordered a curbside pick up but when we got there they didn’t show the order. Not a problem because within minutes the manager, Andrea made sure our order went in quick and even added extra salad and fries too! Andrea, you couldn’t have made a glitch turn out any better! We thank you so much for making our evening awesome! 👏🏻👍🏻. Of course, we will be back!”

“The baristas at this Starbucks are truly awesome—always kind, professional, and working hard. Unfortunately, they often seem short-staffed, with just one person having to take orders, make drinks, and handle everything alone. This creates long waits and puts a lot of pressure on the worker, even though they handle it with grace. It would be great to see more consistent staffing so these employees can continue providing the great service they’re clearly capable of—without being stretched so thin.”

“We were immediately invited to sit at the Sushi bar in the back of the restaurant. We were given a complimentary Sushi Pizza to try. It was delicious and will be a new item on their menu next week. The service was great. Our Sushi was amazingly good and fun presentation too. We got the dragon roll and lobster roll and 2 orders of yellowtail 🍣 Sushi. All really good. The ginger was yummy. Super fresh.”

We ordered four cookies: the Strawberry Cookie, Oreo Cookie, Birthday Cookie, and the Toffee Cake. Each one was absolutely amazing—rich flavors, perfect textures, and a real treat for me and my two daughters! Crumbl consistently delivers on quality, and we loved every bite.

However, the service on December 2nd around 6 PM left a bit to be desired. The middle-aged woman taking orders seemed impatient as we decided between two cookies, even though there was no line behind us. It made the experience less enjoyable and felt unnecessarily rushed.

To the Crumbl leadership team (CEO, COO): Please ensure all staff are trained on the importance of friendly and welcoming customer service. It's just as vital as the quality of your cookies.

Overall, the cookies were fantastic, but a little more kindness at the counter would make the experience perfect!”

“Absolutely the best Indian food in st Charles county. Had the goat curry and it was so good! I got the high spice level but if you can’t handle the heat they have mild levels as well. The sugar cane drink was so tasty and the ginger paired well with the spice. Highly recommend Persis Indian Grill. We will be a repeat customer!”

“The cookies are delicious! I visit the Highway k location a couple times a week. I love it how they have the second location in cottleville for when I need a cookie fix on Sunday. The sea salt chocolate chip is a favorite and I love the variety of sugar cookies. Have ordered several times for parties. Highly recommend!!”

“We enjoyed another fabulous authentic Mexican dinner last week! The hot sizzling Pollo Cancun with cheese melted over shrimp, and chicken was wonderful!! Normally, I enjoy the Taco Salad in a Fried shell, my favorite, but wanted to explore the shrimp 🍤 and Chicken served on a sizzling oven plate. The Shrimp and Chicken with mushrooms far surpassed my expectations. Best of all, I talked to Scott and meet Sergio with the El Tio Pepe family all there helping and smiling. Thank you, again.
