“Such a difference from a few months ago! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was on the fence about getting the spicy chicken or brisket so they let me sample the chicken (fyi: it IS spicy!). Great service, my burrito bowl was fresh and delicious, and even though it looked like there were only 3 employees working during dinnertime, they were all working hard to help everyone quickly. The bar is beautifully decorated. 🌞 Business is always crowded and very busy with is great sign for a restaurant that means it is recognized by the whole area how great an experience it is AND since the food is shipped into and sold so fast, it will be much more fresh and higher quality than a slow struggling restaurant that keeps food lingering longer. “Great staff, atmosphere, food, and drinks. This would be my 4th time eating here and it seems like it just gets keep getting better. The chimichangas are great and they have hands down the best tamales in the area. This is always our go-to spot for entertaining out of town guests, I can’t recommend this place enough!“

“First time here, normally would go to a competitor in O'Fallon but they were way to crowded. We came further out and eventho we're on diets, had to eat the food and drink the Top Shelf Margarita pitcher.Very good spices and some heat where it needs to be. Our server was very attentive. “Our experience at El Mezon Mexican Restaurant was mostly positive, despite a longer than expected wait for our large party of 14. We arrived at 6:45 pm and had to wait close to an hour for our table, but the staff handled the situation with courtesy and apologized for the delay, which we appreciated.Once seated, we were delighted by the delicious food and excellent service. “Came in on a Saturday night for a soccer game, sat at the bar, and they were packed. Two bartenders; Juliana and David helped me immediately despite how busy they were. Took my food and drink order and got everything within 5-10 minutes. I am thoroughly impressed and hope the business continues to thrive here. Will be back! 5/5 stars!“

“The line can be long and service can be iffy at times depending on how busy they are.Parking: Bars and other stores next to it, if you go during slow times you can usually find a spot easily but during dinner rush or later with the bar close by parking can be difficult.Kid-friendliness: I see kids here all the time, and we bring our kids there, too.“

“This is our local go to eatery. I've never gotten a meal i wasn't head over heals for. We come back nearly every week for their light atmosphere, strong margs and genuine food. Favorite local restaurant by a long shot!Vegetarian options: A small vegetarian selection but also the ability to swap out any meat for veggies of you want which gives you a very large selection.“

“The food was absolutely perfect. The owner even said hello ? my only issue with giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the check out. They only had one cashier working, but two people at the register. They don't have a proper checkout. I'd rather pay at the table instead of a line of at least 18 people. My waitress wasn't very interactive, especially when I asked for Verde sauce, and it took 15 minutes even after I asked 2 separate employees, and 1 was my waitress. 4 stars because I believe this establishment can improve.“

“Awsome restuarant. Food was fresh and came out sizzling. Beans,Lettuce, tomatoes, shrimp, and steak were just plain good. The price wasn't bad at all for the amount of food my family and I received. We ate in and got very full and still brought food home enough to get full again. Just good. Good enough to make you close your eyes when you taste it and say "this is REALLY good". “Ths outside of the building doesn't look great, but it is nice inside and the food is worth it! The Chimi chicken and the Yolanda were delicious! The margaritas are soooo good, and they do not skimp on the tequila! The food was fresh, hot, and had great flavor. Staff was attentive, and we had great service!“
