“Oh my goodness…. We found a little diamond in the rough. This little restaurant was 10/10! Delicious food, friendly conversation, and a bakery that was ridiculously over the top. Everything was made homemade by the sweetest owner we had the pleasure of meeting✨. And yes, I took home a peach, a coconut pie, a giant cinnamon roll, and snickerdoodle cookies!”

“I met my girlfriends this morning at this adorable restaurant for coffee and breakfast. It was a fantastic experience!! The coffee was yummy and my veggie bowl with eggs was delicious!! The girls had breakfast burritos and everything was out quickly. The service was awesome, very friendly, and they allowed us to enjoy conversations checking on us often. From the appetizer to the dessert, I can say that I left with quite a wonderful impression of this place. The staff is far above amazing, as they were bright, cheerful, kind, and much more that I can describe. I hope to be celebrating big events here from here on out. Anywhere from my yearly wedding anniversary, to special nights out with friends, and many other occasions. As this has now become my most favorite and cherished restaurant. “Authentic decor...right down to the kerosene lanterns on the tables. Why? Because there are no lights in that dining room. It reminded me of a pub I visited in the UK.

For starters, we tried their Egg Rolls; which are stuffed with corned beef and coleslaw. Scotch Eggs...my first time ever trying them. Very good. Fried pickles...I mean; why not? Also, very good.

Our entrees were chicken-fried-chicken with garlic mashed potatoes. Very tender and juicy. I got traditional fish n chips. Cod fillets tender and crunchy. Put some malt vinegar on it all and it will take you to the top.

Dessert consisted of a slice of their carrot cake. A must have after a good meal like that.”

“We were traveling through MO 9-27-25 around noon and decided to stop for a sandwich. The mid aged lady that helped us was very friendly, she went above and beyond to make our sandwich. Every item was placed on the sandwich with care. She even heated up the chicken before adding it to the bread and toasting. We always order the same sandwich and by far this sandwich tasted so fresh and good. Thank you for a great sandwich!”
