Incredible staff and best food west of the Mississippi. It's always great knowing exactly what your eating and know that everything is locally farmed. Circle 6 is a must if you're passing through the beautiful town of Defiance

Based on the reviews, Circle 6 is a very cool business that benefits Defiance, MO. It is family owned and operated, with a very friendly staff and quick service. The place is cute, quaint, welcoming, and engaging. There is a good amount of tables for seating, an outdoor area to dine, and a shaded area outside for eating. The store/restaurant can be accessed directly from the Katy Trail.
The food includes excellent hamburgers and great brisket tacos stuffed with flavorful meat with sauce and cheese on top. Other menu items are portobello mushrooms with great dipping sauce and good fries. The restaurant also has a gift store where customers can pick up pork and wagyu beef. It is a bar with music on the weekends and a great band at the Watering Hole. The owner is very sweet and friendly.
