I literally waited at the counter almost a full 2 minutes before she bothered to look up at me and ask me if I needed something… not sure why else I’d be standing there, and despite them being out of the one I really wanted to try, my cookies were perfect…”

“Absolutely the best Indian food in st Charles county. Had the goat curry and it was so good! I got the high spice level but if you can’t handle the heat they have mild levels as well. The sugar cane drink was so tasty and the ginger paired well with the spice. Highly recommend Persis Indian Grill. We will be a repeat customer!”

“When I needed a cake for an impromptu party I decided only 12 days ahead on, I picked up the phone and called Sweet Spot Cake Shoppe and reached out to Donna. I had a kinda, round about idea of what I was after, but honestly I just wanted 1/4 sheet 1/2 chocolate 1/2 white with LIGHT icing and I wanted the USMC Globe and Anchor logo and a RR track around the perimeter. Her FIRST ATTEMPT (that's right 1st) was a Grand Slam. This cake is for a Vietnam Combat Veteran Marine and I wanted it perfect. SSCS blew my expectations out of the water. In fact, I'd say came in about 20-25% less than the same at the big chain bakeries, not to mention it was one fresh, perfect cake, nothing misspelled or 3" of frosting on top of some dried out 4 day old cake that was mass produced. Made to order and more affordable! 5 stars across the board! Thanks for making the party complete!”

“Fell in love with The Cookie Box after driving by and buying a cookie on a whim. Have now been back 4 times for my family or for little gifts buying a variety of cookies. Purchased darling Easter bunny cookies for our Easter guests and everyone raved about them! Also was easy to pre-order and they were accommodating when I asked for a last minute change to our pick up. Highly recommend!!”

But today, there were no artichoke hearts in it. It was still delicious, but when you are paying $14+ for lunch, your dish should have everything it advertises on the menu!”
