Beer is pretty good but they don't accept cash. This is America and I hate the trend towards card only, I will not come to this place again.
Always a good time when you bike the trail, great pizza and beer.

Hit the Katy Trail with the family and made a pit stop at Good News Brewing in Defiance. The Helles was cold, the pizzas were top-tier, and the vibes were unmatched. Incredibly friendly service, too. Don't skip this gem if you're passing through!

Good brews, had the hazelnut coffee stout and wife had the calamansaia sour beer. Both were very good. Also had the garlic cheesy bread which is basically garlic bread pizza. Very light and good tasting.
Decent beer and pizza. No Wi-Fi .. Bad cell service verizon. Doing a long distance bike ride need to get online

Great atmosphere. Staff is attentive and friendly. Pizzas have always been delicious (no matter which one I've ordered). And the beers have never let me down.
Did the Thirsty Thursday at Good News. Enjoyed the beer and pizza afterwards. Great food and beer. Love the ambience of Good News, friendly staff. It is located on the Katy trail and you are always guys good time!

We had a guest with us that saw the cook in the back, making pizzas with a super long beard, no netting on it. And wearing no gloves, he was grossed out.
