“1/13/2026 Guy up front was awesome! He needs to be a manager if he isn't. Walked me through a doordash order process, got the order prepared on time and was so nice about it! Couldn't ask for better service. The place was clean. Kitchen was immaculate. I'll take every dash I can from here.“

“This was our first time having Dave’s Hot Chicken. We had the two slider meal and loaded fries. We liked it. It felt a bit salty to me (that is personal preference because my family didn’t find it salty). The chicken is tender and full of flavor. I loved the sauce and after taste. Yummm! The portions are good and the veggies are fresh! I prefer a crunchy pickle 🥒 but again - personal preference.
The restaurant is clean, the wait time is acceptable given how popular it is, staff are friendly and welcoming. We will be back! My son loved his meal!“

“The Smashburger guys that had the pop up spot was exactly what the food court needed. Why does 1 food court need 3 places that serve the same food and 2 others only sell chicken. WHERES THE BEEF? I have worked at this mall for 3 years. I bring my lunch when I can but I mostly just grab something from the food court. I believe the food court needs to have more variety.“
