If you're traveling on 35 and hungry, this is a great spot! It's only a minute off the interstate. We're very glad we gave it a shot, way better than all the fast food options you're stuck with when traveling.Very good, fast, and attentive service. I had the 8oz ribeye with loaded baked potato, TX toast, and side salad. My wife and daughter each got the shrimp basket. Awesome food! We arrived 10 minutes after they were closed for lunchtime and was still welcomed in. My husband had the teenderloin and was more than he could eat. I had the taco salad and one of the best ones I’ve had as it wasn’t just lettuce. Very friendly staff and owner. Glad we found them. Wish our small town had a place like this to support!

The scoop:Burgers are $8 now; still a bargain.Chicken sandwiches and sides and wraps as well; all a la cart, except for daily specials.Brewed tea, bottled drinks; alcohol free.Order at the counter then find a seat; large open space with ample seating.Staff is kind and attentive; sincerely joyful.Better than fast food; made to order.Locally sourced veggies.No frills, just solid fare at affordable prices. Stop in and see for yourself.
