“Wow first time eatting here and it was great. Cheeseburgers are made RIGHT here! To my amazement and at the last second I tried there famous marshmallow Pepsi WOW!!!!! MIND BLOWN ite the next best thing since the famous gooberburger must try. Props guys and gals at the drivein eldon mo.“

“Busy place. The food was excellent but the service was outstanding for a fast food location. The woman who delivered our order stopped back four different times as she passed by asking if we needed anything! For a fast food place that's unheard of!“

“I spent almost $20 for absolutely no reason. I ordered food on the app yesterday's before walking inside to check in because apparently the employees don't realize that's what the ASAP option is for. Well when I check in I'm told they have absolutely nothing I ordered keep in mind it was chicken strips, curly fries, chocolate shake, and a lemonade. I would have taken the 20 cent loss if they had the rest or even one drink and the strips but I was told they had absolutely nothing. when I asked for a refund I was told they don't know how to do it on the app. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one. I believe it was like 5 maybe 10 and there was an assistant manager there. while dealing with all of this they then proceed to sell chicken strips to someone behind me. The staff started screaming at us because we told someone else hey they don't have all of this they yelled at us and asked why we were lying to customers. The kids that are their and kids of the workers are brats and can't stay out of adult conversations every time I've gone in pryer to yesterday they are running around and it's extremely rude the tables are always sticky. Trying to get ahold of corporate is impossible all in all not a good experience The only good part about the entire experience was The only good part of it was the assistant manger the other employees are rude as hell“

“We stopped by on a Sunday for the buffet and and our server was Hailey. Unfortunately for her, she was the only server and was slammed with more customers than her, and only 2 other employees could almost keep up with. We watched the buffet run out as soon as they would put pizza out. My family and I just waited and chatted. During this time, I observed the lengths these 3 employees went for customers. They are fast, efficient, very kind, customer service was for more friendly than I would expect in something as busy as what I saw. Some people were not only hungry but also "hangry". Despite the challenge, all 3 workers kept going, and Hailey, our server who served us and countless others while we were there, still kept a smile on a friendly face with a welcoming tone. We will be back. Not only for the pizza, which was worth the wait, but to experience proper customer service. Thank you Hailey and staff from Eldon Pizza Hut.“
