I love Chipotle, but this store continually “forgets” or “misreads” my order. Every. Single. Time.
How is it that people who come in and order in line get their food ready in a few minutes, yet those who order online (for the sole purpose of skipping the wait by picking their order at the assigned time) end up having to wait on theirs?
E.g: I placed order 44F-EA7 at 6:15pm, the message said it'll be ready at 640pm. I was there at 640... and waited until 705pm.
I could've just ordered there instead, and gotten my order ready like 4 times over in that amount...read full review
I ordered a chicken quesadilla online last night, picked up at 5:55pm and after I got home I saw this disgusting mess. The quesadilla is not actually burnt itself, it's like they either cooked it on a dirty grill or they scraped off their grill on to my food. There were thick charred pieces just laying on my food along with tiny crushed up char all over the outside of it and stuck to the cheese.
