“As someone with food allergies (soy, nut, and seed), I REALLY appreciate that fit-flavors has an in-store menu showing which current menu options fit my dietary needs! They probably have it online too, and I just haven't needed to find it. Their menu options are ALL low in sodium because - let's be honest - there is too much of it in everything "prepared"! That isn't a concern with fit-flavors. I can salt everything to my own (and my family's when we buy in bulk!) tastes and know that I'm getting the same quality food that I would make at home myself. Fresh produce and high-quality meats; straight up delicious meals. Quote me on that.“

“I cant tell you how happy i am to have a place like this right around the corner! So many menu options and I want to try them all. This is going to be a new favorite place for a sweet cold healthy treat!
