I had my first visit to this place tonight. I ordered brisket and pulled pork platter with sweet potato waffle fries and french fries as my two sides, and oh my gosh, All were so good!!! As someone else mentioned, brisket was so tender and good, and pulled pork was a very good quality!!! Oh, and they are a good portioned, too! Yep, their average review of 3 stars is exactly what I would rank it. It is close to our house and we got take out tonight to see how we liked it. We are always looking for good take out near our home that we can pick up and take to our daughter's house for dinner. We were disappointed in our dinner tonight, so we won't be ordering a large quantity to feed the whole family. Our brisket was tough and dry, even with the sauces. Just finished a seafood boil from Woodsmoke for our family. This was for our sons birthday celebration and it was so delicious!! We are a tough crowd to please because we love fresh seafood and my son in law is a CIA trained chef and restaurant owner. This meal was a HUGE win. Bernadette and her team are incredible.
