Not a good dining experience. Husband's pizza came out burnt to a black crisp, had to flag down the hostess to find out waitress. Took 30 minutes to get a replacement. No adjustment on bill for our long wait. I was finished with my chicken long before he got his food.2nd pizza wasn't much better. We have stayed at Echo Bluffs every year since it opened, and this year something has unfortunately happened to change the menu. None of our favorites were available, but daily printed menus include pizzas and burgers. The service is pleasant but the food is seriously lacking, in both variety and quality.
