Every single time I go here the order is wrong. EVERY TIME! I just ordered a supersonic breakfast burrito, no tomato, no meat. I got a burrito with sausage, tomato, onion...there was no egg and no tator tots. I tried to eat it but it tasted like it was made at 6am this morning and it's 1pm now. I give up and am tired of wasting my money. my whole order just went in the trash.
Excelsior springs sonic. I was the only person at window and no cars were in lot when I ordered. When I pulled up to the window, the kid (Sam?) was making my drink. Then he took an order, then started making other drinks. Some guy in a polo shirt (supervisor?) walked in and started taking orders and disappeared. Just ordered a pop. Paid on the mobile app. Stood there for TEN minutes while other people are pulling up and placing orders for food. They got their double cheeseburgers before I got my ONE pop. I asked when I would get it and I get attitude about how they are busy. And they only have so many people. WELL do finish your customers in order and they wouldn't be pissed.
