“These guys are spectacular!!! As a truck driver, it’s difficult for us to find food late in the evenings… I stopped here for the night and was hungry, but the lobby was closed. Called and was told to walk up to the drive through (McDonald’s and Burger King forbid this). Great people with even better service“

“I don't know if the chocolate shake recipe changed or not but what I got was almost frozen chocolate milk. I took it back in and was told that's the shake. Hope not, they used be thick and creamy that was like a protein powder shake or Nesquick. I'll remember not to complain too, jeez 😒“

“I’ve been coming to this Sonic location on and off for over 5 years, and I honestly can’t recall a single noticeably bad experience. Most of my visits are in the morning for breakfast, and they have consistently done an outstanding job—especially with the breakfast burritos.

The food is always hot, fresh, and made with great attention to quality. I also want to highlight the blonde carhop who’s been working most mornings for as long as I can remember. She is always very friendly, fast, and ensures my order is perfect every time.

As a whole, this location absolutely deserves five stars for its consistency and great service over the years!“

“This is one of the better locations that I've been to in the STL area! One of the things that impressed me was their service. Recently, when my family and I visited, we were greeted by an employee named Joseph who made a genuine effort to create a good experience for us and other patrons. He was running orders out to patrons inside and ensuring everything meet smoothly. Even when we had a mishap with our order( error on our end when using the kiosk) he still rectified the issue and got us settled In a timely manner!“

“So, I ordered some cheese fries and a burger from this spot, went out to my truck, and discovered they had forgotten to put my burger in the bag. This was pretty frustrating, so there was only one thing I could do.
I stormed back in the store, interrupting a lobby full of customers and said HEY!! WHICH ONE OF YOU FORGOT MY BURGER? WHICH ONE OF YOU SLIDER SLINGERS IS GONNA HAVE TO COME OUTSIDE AND FIGHT ME FOR OWNERSHIP OF THIS RESTAURANT!?!
I then held a tournament outside where the employees and customers had to battle one another until, finally, one of them stood victorious above all others. They then would have gotten to battle me for full dominance of the Freddie's, but then the cops showed up and we all had to scurry.
Nah, that's not really what happened. I just brought the forgotten burger to their attention courteously and they apologized and gave me my missing burger. Honest mistakes, both the burger and this review. We all get confused sometimes.

“If you're from St. Louis or out east and you're sick of the terrible service and long waits... drive the extra fifteen minutes to the mcdonald's on old sugar creek road. Food comes out fresh and hot and so fast... Every employee was in a great mood, and it just made my day that customer service still exists.“

“This was a typical modern day fast food restaurant. It was clean and the staff was quick and helpful. My only complaint would be: I feel like my burger was thrown together (sloppy). If the person in charge of assembly just took a little more time, it would have made my 3 star food rating jump to a 4.

“This Qdoba is a good one. You will enjoy it.

I honestly gave up on Qdoba the past few years because the food became sloppy and the employees at every location made you feel like you’re bothering them for simply existing and walking into the place.

THIS specific qdoba is full of smiling people who do a good job and don’t make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. It’s a breath of fresh air and I’ve come back to this location three times in the past three weeks because they’ve made such a good impression after bad experiences elsewhere, so I’m leaving this review. Like ten people in line before me, because everyone wants to come to this location, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks for making food great again!!!“
