Let me start by saying the staff has always been great. Unfortunately a manager who was at this location two weeks ago, is problematic at best. He was rude and dismissive. He refused to give information to me on who the franchise owner is. He refused to understand my situation and help with it, instead suggesting I drive into the city, where my order had mistakenly been sent. Mind you, I had never ordered from any other location. Horrible service! Drive thru only open Sun 21st!! 3 to 4 people working inside, and it took forever! I sat at the window for five minutes waiting on my drink, it was sitting there and they were all standing and talking inside! He finally handed me my drink, and it was overflowing running down the sides! I had to stop and pour some out to get the lid to fit. Horrible service never going back.
